Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money payments and card payments through Lenco, our secure payment processor. All transactions are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are SSL encrypted.

What happens if I exceed my episode limit?

For Starter plan users, additional episodes cost ZMW 15 per episode. Pro users can purchase additional episode bundles at discounted rates. Enterprise users can discuss custom limits with our sales team.

Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan includes your first 3 episodes completely free. Pro plan users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start.

How does team collaboration work?
